Sub 5 Camps and Coaching focus on distance running for high school and middle school females, after the coveted 5-minute mile mark. We focus on the whole athlete, and the "Mind Fit, Body Fit" program has redefined the running scene. Sub 5 athletes have run to new personal bests, school records, and state titles.
