Foundation Camp: Session 1, June 27th - July 1st; Session 2, July 18th - July 22nd
A positive environment for young players learn the game and build strengths. Basketball practice is augmented with mindfulness exercises, which help players channel focused energy. Players will learn individual tools of effective players, while developing the conscientiousness needed for teamwork. Led by a current professional basketball player, with help from all-state varsity athletes, the “Foundation Camp” offers an empowering start to each player’s experience with basketball.
Extension Camp: Session 1, July 11th - 15th
Ambitious players take their game to the next level. Players will partake in high-level practices taken directly from NCAA programs and professional basketball organizations. The entire staff is made up coaches with collegiate and professional basketball experience. Players will also receive stability training from a specialized strength coach, whose training will be balanced with mobility exercises taught by a certified yoga instructor. The “Extension Camp” combines all of these resources to give players new skills, heightened self-awareness, and an actable program for continued improvement.
