USC - Elite Training Camp
The USC Elite Training Camp are a one-of-a-kind camp series hosted at the University of Southern California (USC). Each camp is specific with its focus specializes in a few areas of the game that are essential to player development, but often not offered to young players around the country. Designed for tournament and potential future college players, the camps are directed by Alison Swain, Head Women’s Tennis Coach at USC, and features a staff of top collegiate players and coaches.
Following a successful summer series featuring 3 unique camps, our Fall and Winter Series are 1 day camps that will expose young players to new concepts at each camp.
UTR Showcase: Saturday June 13, 2020
The UTR showcase camp is a one day camp experience that features high intensity training in the morning, a lunch time UTR seminar and UTR rated match play in the afternoon.
The goal of the camp is to expose young players to the increasingly important UTR system. This system is growing in importance in many aspects of the game, including tournament seeding, eligible entry eligibly and most importantly college recruiting.
Advanced Training Camp: June 26, 2020
Our Advanced Tennis Training camp is a high intensity camp that places an emphasis on proper practice pace, focus and focus. Players will be exposed to many of the advanced tennis strategies focused on at the highest level of college and pro tennis. Point building, match play progressions and singles and doubles strategy will be the key emphasis for the camp.
College Game Day Camp: July 30, 2020
Game Day!!! This camp will focus on the collegiate tennis game day experience. Part showcase camp, part college prep, the camp will feature high intensity training in the morning, pre match strategy and scouting seminar during the lunch break, and a full college game day showcase match, featuring both singles and doubles in the afternoon.
