The 2009 UCSD Triton Speed, Strength & Agility Summer Camps are designed to make athletes stronger, faster and more agile in their sport. Athletes will learn proper warm-up and warm-down procedures, proper acceleration and multi-directional mechanics, how to jump and pivot correctly, better body control, and proper strength training and plyometric exercises. All drills are sport specific and tailored to the athlete’s needs. Strength training consists of multi-joint explosive movements, functional strength and core strength exercises.
