If you are an athlete and would like to jump higher and farther, then this is right up your alley. Complete this explosive training and learn how to get off the ground higher and quicker. You will see improvements from technique training in plyometrics, explosive training, power output through the ground and increase reaction time side to side. You will be assessed in vertical jump, broad jump for hip explosionm and a lateral box drill for muscle endurance.
