Campers, ages 7 and older, are invited to share part of their summer and become part of the magic and tradition of YMCA Camp Manitou-Lin, Land of the Great Spirit. Typically, sessions begin on Sunday afternoon and end on Friday evening with our weekly Family Program and Picnic where campers share some of what they experienced at Camp with their families. In addition to traditional camp favorites, campers fill their days with a variety of activities specifically geared toward their particular age group and interests. Campers are housed according to age and gender in our modern cabins complete with carpet, bathrooms and showers. Each day campers spend the morning with their cabin mates, dine family style in our lodge, take Siesta after lunch, dunk into Barlow Lake just before dinner and participate in one of our truly innovative Evening Programs.
