At YMCA resident camps, children can break out of their normal routine in a safe and fun environment building their own special character. While resident camp teaches your child independence, the cabin atmosphere shows them how to live cooperatively by sharing chores and respecting each other's differences. Around the campfire, your child will be encouraged to share stories and opinions, learning to be open-minded and supportive as they listen to others.
