Yoga Camps for kids and tweens/teens are a fun and safe environment where youth can gain strength & confidence while learning valuable tools for self-care and well-being.
All camps meet Monday-Friday 1-4pm.
Yoga camps invite kids to creatively explore directing their energy in creative, meaningful ways that enhance physical and emotional well-being. Campers with learn the many benefits of Yoga and breathwork exploring how to use this practice daily to improve confidence, manage mood, and create a better world through peace and self-care. We provide a daily snack which is often prepared with the help of the campers. Campers will keep a daily journal and participate in arts and crafts projects geared to deepen their understanding of principles such as self-care, confidence, creativity, health and yoga philosophies such as non-violence.
