Children & his or her accompanying adult will enjoy a short collaborative yoga/movement class. Children then will participate in Yoga, Creative Movement, Dance, Arts & Crafts, and Literature activities led by an experienced and talented teacher. The adults will experience a traditional Hatha Yoga class led by a talented and certified instructor.
