Spend all day at San Diego Botanic Garden, which has the west coast's largest hands-on children's garden. Several programs are offered for children to enjoy such as the seeds of wonder which lets make arts and crafts in the garden or pot a plant for them to take home. Every month, there is a new scavenger hunt throughout the gardens and there's also a tree house and balsa wood fort to play pretend in.
