Dive right in at the Institute for Marine Mammal Science, where a love of ocean creatures makes this place magical. Kids ages 6 to 14 can cultivate their inner marine scientist with summer camp classes specializing in hands-on learning and adventure. Enjoy the overnight "Dozing with Dolphins" program, where kids can hand feed the animals and watch training demonstrations. If your children want to see more animals, take them to the Hattiesburg Zoo to enjoy face-to-face encounters with critters such as the Nigerian Dwarf Goat. Whether they're petting a baby alligator or creating arts and crafts, your kids are sure to have a blast.
