Beat Academy

We welcome all aspiring DJs between the ages of 10-14 to Beat Academy! Join us for our week-long, DJ boot camp.  MMMMaven will host a variety of different workshops and activities in our state-of-the-art facilities in Central Square.

Over the course of the week, campers will learn the ins and outs of djing on industry- leading equipment and software, including the number 1 dj software in the U.S., Serato. Students will produce their first six song mini-mix with differnet styles and genres, then see if they have what it takes to play in front of a crowd of screaming fans.

Graduation Concert

• Family/friends invited to the graduation where all students will perform a live dj set

Session Schedule

• 8-9: early drop off
• 9-10: ice breakers and games
• 10-12: 2 hour dj workshop
• 12-1: lunch
• 1-2: outdoor activities and games
• 2-3: guest speakers
• 3-5: 2 hour workshop/practice

Registration and Fees

• $1,000/week
• Discounts for families with 2 or more campers
• 30% deposit due to reserve spot
• Remaining balance due by the first day of camp
• Early drop off available
