Family-owned and operated, Camp Nicolet was founded in 1944 and provides one of the finest camping programs and facilities in the country. With many cultures and nations represented, Nicolet stresses the appreciation and understanding of others and the environment that will result in lasting values, ideals, and friendships. Through many new adventures and challenges, campers return home with a feeling of accomplishment and self-confidence. Exciting activities, friendships, spirit, and a sense of "family" make a summer at Nicolet special. Enrollment is limited to approximately 100 campers/session which results in a 1:3 staff/camper ratio and individualized instruction in all activity areas.
Located in Wisconsin's peaceful Northwoods, camp is nestled among stately pines on two miles of sandy shoreline. Spring-fed and crystal clear, Franklin Lake is perfect for all types of water sports. Also located at Camp Nicolet is Northpoint Wakeboard and Waterski School and Camps which offers wakeboarding lessons for boys and girls ages 13-17.
