It is our belief that every individual should be able to have a transformative travel experience in their formative years, but some individual's needs are greater to ensure a successful trip. We do this by offering three basic differences from the standard educational travel provider:
1. Build Trust Before Departure
We know that building trust is vital for a successful adventure, and that some individuals require more time to trust a new person. We offer Social Skills Groups leading up to departure so that we can build rapport, trust, and a positive group culture prior to ever taking off.
2. Increased Individualized Support While Traveling
We offer a greater staff to student ratio while on adventure - 3:1 - not including foreign guides and drivers. This allows us to provide more individualized attention to each individual on our trips.
3. Accommodation While Traveling
We all have our good days and our bad days, and our students are no exception. We design our trips so that students suffering from one of those "bad days" are able to opt out have decompression time away from the group and activities. Of course, our staff will do everything in our abilities to encourage every participant to participate in every activity!
