Youth Encounter partners with communities to strengthen their youth ministry. Team Ministry is a program where groups of 5-7 young adults join together and travel within a region of the US or within the US and overseas sharing the Gospel of Jesus and building relationships through music, drama and puppets. We are not a camp but we do partner with several camps and look for exceptional people to be on our teams for a year at a time.
