MALE Counselor Wanted - Harand Theatre Camp

2013 Dates: June 18 - August 6, 2013 (please apply ASAP!)
Harand Camp of the Theatre Arts, an established, residential musical theater camp for children 7-18, is looking for one or two additional MALE camp counselors for the 2013 Season. (Female counselor slots have been filled for the summer, but qualified candidates may be put on an "alternate" list for last-minute hiring needs.)
Applicants with strong skills in many activity areas and prior camp experience given top consideration. Activity areas may include Technical Theater, Video, Photography, Sports, General Games & Activities, etc.
We have a specific need for MALE counselors, with previous camp/teaching experience, with the ability to teach/assist in a VARIETY of activity areas - NOT JUST THEATER ONLY!!
MUST HAVE STRONG INTEREST IN WORKING WITH KIDS! THIS IS FIRST AND FOREMOST A CAMP COUNSELOR JOB!
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Camp Counselors 18+ (out of high school!), 21+ preferred
• Excellent with kids of all ages
• Ability to instruct activity classes in variety of areas
• High energy + flexible in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership + team-building skills
• Positive attitude
• Common sense, and sound judgment
• Sincere desire to be a role model for children
