If yes, you have found the perfect job.  ACCENT on Children’s Arrangements, an expanding national children’s program provider is looking for a Director of Children’s Operations.  The perfect candidate has more than 5 years experience in business management and experience as a Camp Director or Counselor, great time/stress management skills, a track record for meeting deadlines on time; excellent oral, written, interpersonal and persuasion skills and the ability to efficiently assess, prioritize and handle multiple and changing projects and deadlines. 

The ACCENT Director of Children’s Operations responsibilities include managing clients and staff, day-to-day operations of all programs, developing programs and overseeing strict adherence to ACCENT’s standards, tracking budgets and production schedules as well as periodic travel and reporting directly to the President of the company.
