Camp Kimama Israel

We are now in the process of recruiting counselors and specialists for the summer.
Selection of Camp Kimama staff members is governed by the following guiding principles:

• Love of children and sensitivity to their needs
• Self-conduct characterized by values and fairness
• Skilled in counseling and/or experiential activity
• Fully bilingual - English and Hebrew
• Prior experience as a summer camp counselor, with preference for counselors with overseas summer camp experience. Most of our counselors have served as Jewish Agency Shlichim in American camps and most have been doing this for several summers. All members of the head staff have at least three years experience in counseling and management positions at summer camps in North America.
