Description
Counsellors, program instructors and support staff make up the Camp Kirk family and they are chosen primarily for their keen interest and ability to work with children who have special needs. Fully qualified where necessary, each year the entire staff attends an eight day intensive pre camp staff training session where they participate in team building exercises, combining resources from within and from outside Camp Kirk.
A very high staff/camper ratio (28/36) helps to provide the camp with an intimacy and supervision not found at most other camps.
