One of the greatest priorities of Mishawaka is hiring, training and retaining quality staff members.
Married couples, teachers and talented young college-age men and women work together to carry on the tradition. Mishawaka maintains a 5:1 camper-to-counselor ratio.
The Mishawaka staff ranges in age from 18 to 81! Each member brings a unique contribution to the program and the camp community. All share a dedication to youth and camping.
