Camp Regis-Applejack

Camp Regis-Applejack is located on St. Regis Lake, near the Olympic Village of Lake Placid, NY in the Adirondack Park. Staff members are carefully chosen for their positive interest and caring for young people as well as their ability to act as counselors in the truest sense of the word. The example setting role of the counselor is unique. Our staff must exhibit qualities of character worthy of emulation. It is also important that our staff has an interest in working in a community rich with diversity. Last summer our campers came from twenty-two states, and eleven foreign countries and they represented many different religious and economic backgrounds. This year we are currently seeking staff for the following positions: Group Counselors, Boating Counselors, Swimming*, Athletics, Tennis, Wilderness Trips/Camp Craft*, Mountain Biking*, Natural Science/Animal Care, Arts and Crafts, Music, Dramatics, Dance. We are also seeking people to help with administration staff, department heads for specialty areas, nurses and health care workers, office managers, maintenance workers and kitchen cooks and helpers. *Red Cross Certification Required. Requirements: Must have a genuine interest in children. One year of college or previous camping experience required.
