Cook for summer kids camp :Specific Skills: manages the ordering, preparing, and serving of food. Cook full course meals,serve food of high quality, nutritious, attractive presentation, with minimal waste in conformit.Ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions. Can adapt menus and prepare meals in accordance with the special dietary needs of campers and staff including: meals to accommodate known food allergies, a varied and balanced vegetarian menu for campers and staff who have declared a vegetarian preference. Estimate food requirements and costs, Order supplies, Clean kitchen and diner area daily.
