Circle R Ranch

Circle R Ranch is committed to hiring staff members who are keen to continue their leadership journey in a camp setting where kids are the first priority. Our residential setting provides the opportunity for campers and staff to develop new skills, friendships and memories that last a lifetime! Our main program is Western Pleasure Horseback Riding, though many staff positions do not require previous horseback riding experience. Our program is incredibly diverse, and other activities include swimming, canoeing, archery, full camp games and campfires! Circle R Ranch is also home to the one and only Furville Rescued Cat Sanctuary- a place where campers learn empathy, compassion and kindness, and many cats/kittens find loving new homes. Circle R Ranch hires Riding Staff, Waterfront Staff, Counsellors, Section Heads, Program Staff, Maintenance and Kitchen personnel. Our relatively small staff team (50 people) creates a warm community where every person is encouraged, supported and becomes part of a very special camp setting. It is our staff that create the exciting and memorable world of Circle R Ranch summer camps.
