Camp Counselors: OEP Camp counselors serve as adjunct staff to the Rock, Raft, and Ropes course instructors. These are support staff that supervises campers, assist in conflict resolution, organization, logistics, and co-facilitate to various degrees.Camp Counselors: Camp Counselors are required to attend our in house trainings related to policies and procedures and others depending on your specific responsibilities. Applicants must have current CPR/1st aid or attend and pass our in house course. Before employment is offered applicants must pass a background check. Applicants must have the ability to work extended programs including weeknights, overnights and weekends. Ideal candidates will have prior camp experience and have skills related to traditional camp activities such as arts & crafts, group games, organizing & facilitating creative activities, etc.
