Job Description
The Adventures Program Activity Coordinator/ Camp Counselor will live on-site for the duration of the position and organize, plan, participate and oversee activities for the kids age 9 - 13, attendees of the DMA Summer at Michigan program to ensure a fun and constructive environment. The Adventures Program Activity Coordinator/Camp Counselor will be required to have First Aid/CPR training to maintain a safe and supportive atmosphere. The Activity Coordinator is responsible for providing an adult presence and supervising the kids age 9 - 13 for general campus rules and curfews. Responsible for organizing and participating in daily activities with kids. In addition to a weekly salary, DMA provides all meals plus housing accommodations. The Adventures Program Activity Coordinator/Camp Counselor is responsible for maintaining DMA’s high standard of excellence. EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS A high school diploma or equivalent is required. College experience preferred. All camp Instructors must be First Aid/CPR certified prior to the start of camp. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.Job Criteria
