Job Description
The Unit head has the responsibility for the campers and counselors of a specific age group. The Unit head manage his/hers staff and create social and fun programs fits to the different age groups. Qualified candidates: Are highly experienced in managing a team of counselors, give professionally guidance and feedback to the counselors. Have experience in working with kids and teens in informal settings. Can plan and develop social and educational activities for different age groups. Are passionate about working in a summer camp setting. The unit head is a part of the head staff in camp. The job includes 4 days orientation spread between April to June.
