Job Description
Minimum Qualifications: At least 18 years of age with 1 year of college completed with emotional maturity, good moral character, integrity, enthusiasm, patience, ability to work well with others, accept guidance and supervision, and a positive attitude. Should have experience in supervising children and/or attend Camp Shane training. Need to agree with and support Camp Shane’s mission statement and be willing to comply with camp rules and regulations. Also you must have ability to relate well and enjoy working with kids and possess strong leadership and supervisory skills. You must be responsible for maintaining a safe environment. Responsible to: Group Leader General Responsibilities: Leadership and guidance of 4-8 campers and participation in general planning of camp program. Specific Responsibilities, but not limited to: Guide the group in participation in group, unit and camp-wide activities. Interpret and enforce safety and health regulation in the group. Supervise and assist the group in housekeeping duties. Work closely with Group Leader in coordinating activities of the group.Job Criteria
