Job Description
As the Kitchen Manager you will be responsible for the daily operation of Camp's Kitchen, serving approximately sixty (70) people per meal. These responsibilities include managing and coordinating the delivery and clean up of dining services, assistance with food preparation, sanitation, inventory and menu preparation. Kitchen Manager will have numerous opportunities to participate in Camp's activities and wilderness adventures as well as access to personal use of Camp's equipment.Job Criteria
