Job Description
A study abroad company based in West Hollywood, CA (www.goabbeyroad.com) is looking for an Office Associate/Customer Service Representative . There are full-time and part-time opportunities. Salary is based on experience. Responsibilities: Communicating with clients and educators by phone and email. Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Working on student recruitment and school outreach. Responding to inquiries regarding our programs. Working on marketing campaigns as needed. Posting on various social media channels. Performing other office tasks as needed. Maintaining a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success. Requirements: Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening. Basic computer skills; including the use of Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with student recruitment is highly desired. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to multi-task.
