Job Description
Camp Kiowa hires the "best." (Def. 1: excelling all others) Team members interested in much more than just a "summer job." We are looking for passionate, teachable, fun, confident, enthusiastic, hard-working leaders willing to fully commit to themselves and the Kiowa team. Our staff will build into our campers and their future by sacrificing personal time, energy and sleep (at times) to ensure all Kiowa campers are fulfilling their/our mission ("To encourage and foster lifelong learning, genuine friendships and childlike fun.") This position is ONLY for persons interested in positively and consistently impacting the lives of campers, other team members, family members, leaders and friends. Our counselors take a very selfless approach to their job, consistently reminding themselves, "We are here for the benefit of others." Strict policies and very high expectations are set with every counselor, and all counselors will be asked to stay the duration of camp: June 19- August 7, 2016. The experience our staff gains with Camp Kiowa is extremely rewarding, life-changing, and genuinely very, very fulfilling.Job Criteria
