Job Description
Imagine That! and Future Tech is a STEM and art enrichment program dedicated to offering hands-on science, art, technology, Minecraft, programming, and robotics programs for children between the ages of 3 and 14. We offer Summer Camps, after school classes, Saturday classes, and more! We are currently hiring fun and reliable instructors for our 2016 summer camp programs! Camps start in May and continue through the end of July. Teaching Locations: Decatur, Buckhead, Smyrna, Dunwoody, Norcross, Roswell, Marietta/East Cobb, Alpharetta, Johns Creek, and Cumming! Most camps are from 9:30-2:30 Monday through Friday. Camp Instructors must arrive by 8:30 AM on Monday and stay until 3:30 PM on Fridays. Curricula and supplies for all subjects are provided! Compensation: Camp Instructors are paid a contracted weekly rate (the rates below are for the average camp hours listed above, averaging about 28 hrs/week): $340/week without a 4-year college degree $405/week with a 4-year college degree Opportunities to supervise during early care (7:30- 9:30 AM) and late care (2:30-5:30 PM) available at a separate pay rate based on number of children. Qualifications: • Must pass our background check • Must have reliable personal transportation to travel to teaching locations • Must be passionate and enthusiastic about teaching children • Experience working with ages 3-14 in a school or community-based setting preferred • Must be 19 years of age or older • Professional in speech, appearance, and manner • Able to work a minimum of 4 weeks this summer • Able to move boxes up to 25 pounds We are looking for someone outgoing, good at time management, who enjoys working with kids!Job Criteria
