The experienced instructors will be introducing exercises that encompass flexibility, strength, coordination, creativity as well as learning how to wind down and relax. Yoga and Pilates for Children
- Yoga and Pilates are wonderful ways to build focus, coordination, confi dence, strength and self-esteem in children. In this four-day camp children will learn the basics of yoga and pilates postures and movements along with simple relaxation techniques in a safe, non-competitive, injury free environment.Creative Movement/ Dance
- The exploration of creative movement/dance teaches children body awareness, communication, coordination, rhythm, and appreciation of movement while building strength, fl exibility, and self-confi dence. The children will learn movements and choreography in a fun-filled atmosphere fostering their natural creativity.Mandala Construction
-The word mandala originates from the Sanskrit word for circle. A mandala can be described as any form of circular geometric design that contains symbols of a persons inner self, guiding principles, and overall ideas about the world. The significance of objects within a mandala are conveyed by shape, size, and color; they can be abstract designs or specific drawings of people, places, and ideas that are central to a persons life.Healthy Eating & Living
- An introduction to eating healthy and living in harmony with our world. The children will learn tips and the basic fundamentals of what organics is, how to conserve our resources and have fun doing it. Our eco-friendly super hero, Rustle the Leaf, will help keep things fun.Organic Lunches
