Alpha UPKUDO Martial Arts Fitness Day Camp
Summer Address:
Alpha UPKUDO works with children 6-12 during the day from 7:30 am to 5:45 pm Monday through Friday. Weeks begin June 2nd and go through August 8th. Children will need water, sunscreen, lunch and change of clothes and towel daily. There is only one day they will need lunch money $6 for Chuck E Cheese Party off location. The fee covers all the classes and activities and 2 snacks a day.They will learn martial arts basics for self defense and awareness and fun competitive light contact point fighting. Activities are structured for individual and group involvement such as bowling, field games, swimming, skating, movies and park visits. Nutrition class teaches them about making correct choices in foods and team activities work on social and physical skills. Certified instructors in martial arts and fitness are their advisors and team leaders.
