Bates Bar J Ranch
Bates Bar J Ranch is a working ranch in the Foothills of the Canadian Rockies about 50 miles northwest of Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
It is reserved for boys and girls aged 8-15 for the months of July and August and takes group bookings the rest of the year for reunions, anniversaries, retreats or other ativities. Horseback riding, wagon rides, swimming in the Little Red Deer river or cross country skiing are available depending on the season. There are many hiking trails to enjoy nature and the great outdoors. Accommodation is available for approximately 100 but mostly dorm setting.
