Camp Session Descriptions
Bead Basics -Campers will be learning basic beading techniques, crimping, wire wrapping and elements of jewelry design. Students will create beautiful necklaces, bracelets and earrings.
Advanced Bracelet & Earrings – Campers will learn to create wire jewelry components such as chandelier earrings and will learn advanced techniques such as interweaving beads to create beautiful bracelets. There will be other advanced projects added as a surprise. (pre-requisite is Bead Basics)
Wire Jewelry Creations - Campers create beautiful jewelry sculpted from wire. Includes wire wrapping stones and sea glass and bending, twisting and hammering copper wire and colored wire into jewelry components to create beautiful, necklaces, bracelets and earrings.
Chainmaille – This is a special technique that uses creates beautiful jewelry from jump rings. Campers will create beautiful earrings and bracelets while learning this ancient technique originating from Midieval times.Photos will be available shortly.
