Blue Bronna Wilderness Camp is located south of Longview Alberta in the Foothills of the Canadian Rocky Mountains. Our main location has a more residential feel with a kitchen and running water/washrooms but campers still sleep in a wall tent. Our wilderness camps are held at more remote locations where we have no running water, and camp life is much more rustic.

We started in 1987 hosting small groups of less than 15 campers and while we have grown (Max 60 people, 15-25 typical), the sizes of the camps we run are typically smaller than most other organizations.

We strive to do more than just host a bunch of fun activities. Campers are expected to take part in the everyday parts of camp such as helping to feed and care for the horses, and to take turns doing dishes after each meal. Our goal is to build into each camper leadership and maturity sending them away with skills and not just an experience.

As a group of Christians we desire to introduce people of all ages to the central figure of God's master plan, Jesus Christ whom we believe is God in human form!

We know from our own lives that the reconciliation Jesus offers to this world brings a peace, joy and contentment to our lives that is beyond any understanding! Our desire is that campers would find the same peace we have as they discover who Jesus claimed to be and how he asks us to follow after Him, accepting His offer to make us right with God.

When you come to a camp at Blue Bronna, you can expect to be challenged through many different adventures that the wilderness setting we live in brings.

The camp's listed below are the public bookings we offer, we also have many private bookings that are not shown here in the schedule. If you would like to put togethor a camp, we would love to speak with you. We have many people who bring out a group of friends for a pack trip or a youth group from their church.

As with our regular camps all time slots are reseved only upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit from your group.
