Brantwood Camp
Brantwood Camp, a summer camp for boys and girls from a variety of backgrounds, serves children from Boston and the inner cities of New York and New Jersey who might not otherwise have such an opportunity.
Since 1904, deserving boys have enjoyed our active, residential summer camping experience on a hill in the woods of Peterborough, New Hampshire. Twenty years ago, we opened Brantwood for Girls a mile away.
Structured and diverse programs at each facility enable Brantwood campers to have fun while learning and growing in healthy ways. When children leave camp, their interests are broadened; they will have made new friends; they will have gained a sense of accomplishment through mastering new skills; and they will have a new measure of self-confidence. Many campers return each summer because they have grasped this spirit of the camp.
Brantwood serves 400 campers every summer, through three terms at each camp. Campers are sponsored by social service agencies, schools, and churches. In effect, every camper is on scholarship.
If you know of any deserving boys or girls, we welcome your inquiries.
