Camp Alonim strives to build a positive Jewish identity for Jews of all backgrounds by encouraging campers to explore a multitude of "engagement gateways." At Camp Alonim, we see each activity we offer as a "gateway" or a chance to find something that is exciting about being Jewish. To accomplish this, we provide activities that campers love and present them in a Jewish light.

Every camper is important and we work to build self-esteem and independence by creating an atmosphere where children can learn new skills, safely grow and make lasting friendships in a completely Jewish environment.

We use our 3,000 acre property to engender a love of the outdoors, promote environmentalism, build a connection to Israel, teach a consciousness for the wider community and instill the values of tikkun olam (repairing the world). We also offer a two week Basketball Camp for children entering grades 6 - 8, which provides a special track within our traditional Jewish camp setting for skill building and training with high level coaches.
