Camp Cayuga in the Pocono Mountains
Cayuga provides a down-to-earth atmosphere in a non-competitive environment, but at the same time affords campers with the opportunity to compete in their favorite sports. The camp population is diverse and last summer represented 25 states and 17 different countries!
Cayuga’s main features include: 350 secluded acres in the Pocono Mountains, mature staff (1:4 ratio), professional instruction, and comprehensive facilities including: a Separate Teen Campus, 2 pools, lake, 10 tennis courts, skate park (with big ½ pipe), hockey rink, 2 gymnasiums, equestrian center with 25 horses, and modern cabins including bathrooms with private showers/toilets, fun trips to Canada/Niagara Falls, Busch Gardens & Colonial Williamsburg, Amusement Parks, & more. Activities include: all land & water sports (scuba diving clinics), paintball, trampoline bungee jumping, private tennis lessons with Pro, flying trapeze & circus arts, horseback riding no extra charge (horse shows, horseback overnights), creative & performing arts (ceramics, 15 pottery wheels, air brushing), media arts (radio, photography), and adventure & wilderness (honda ATVs, rock climbing, zip line).
Campers select their own activities “on a daily basis” and younger campers (4th grade & lower) follow a special program which also provides flexibility for activity options. Cayuga is an ACA accredited camp, family-owned and operated since 1964. Flexible sessions: 2, 4, 6, 8 weeks. Early enrollment tuition discounts & sibling credits available.
