Nestled along a mile of shoreline on beautiful Echo Lake, since 1936 Camp Vega has been helping girls become confident and capable young women. Vega is named after the brightest star in the summer sky. Our 300 acres of pristine forest and mile of majestic lakefront have been a summer home to seven generations of campers.
Since 1975, it has been important to us as a family-owned and run business to enfold campers into Vega's circle of friendship, offering safe and exciting summers in our organized, spirited, loving community. An unusually beautiful setting with unrivaled facilities is the backdrop for our rich tradition and nurturing environment. Our goals are for your daughter to develop a positive self-image, challenge herself at new activities, and make life-long friendships. Our superb staff will help her acheive these goals, while she develops the strength and self-esteem to discover and follow her dreams.
Our personalized Activity Selection Program gives your daughter the opportunity to choose amongst our wide range of activities: Tennis, Water Ski, Soccer, Basketball, Field hockey, Lacrosse, Softball, Volleyball, Squash, Arts and Crafts, Dance, Drama, Equestrian, Figure Skating, Golf, Gymnastics, Archery, Music, Rowing, Sailing, Kayaking, Canoeing, Swimming, Rope Course, Water-Zipline, Outdoor Adventure/Wilderness Trips
