Environmental Traveling Companions - Youth LEAD
Summer Address:

ETC's Youth LEAD Adventures take teens on empowering and exciting journeys into the beauty of California's natural world. On our one to four-week summer adventures youth travel with a diverse community of youth and embrace the challenge of adventure. Participants expericne a mix of activities including: ropes coures, sea kayaking, whitewater rafting, backpacking, organic farming, and boat building.
Whiel explring California's diverse ecological environments, youth will elarn how watershed link mountains to the sea and connec the wilderness to our homes. The confidence, new skills, and knowledge gained on these journeys will support youth to find their voice and return to their communities as a young leader.

24 Days: June 16 - July 9 Sea to Source Adventure: Sea kayaking on Tomales Bay, whitewater rafting on the Klamath River, organic farming, and backpacking in the Trinity Alps.
16 days: July 7 - July 22 Kayaking from the Past to the Future: Build a traditional sea kayak and learn primitive skills while paddling the stunning waterways of San Francisco and Tomales Bays.
12 days: August 2 - August 13 All Abilities Adventure: Sea kayaking on San Francisco Bay and whitewater rafting on the S. Fork American River. This inclusive and accessible course integrates teens with and without disabilities.
