Get EMPOWERED and have FUN in this inspiring yoga and wellness camp! In a nurturing, supportive and collaborative environment children will stretch, strengthen, and enliven their bodies, minds, and hearts. Through fun and age-appropriate yoga poses, games, mindfulness meditations, and wellness activities, children will explore body awareness, creative expression, self-reflection, and self-compassion, all while immersed in the natural beauty that surrounds St. Margaret's School. This is an opportunity for children to discover themselves, to develop strategies for self-regulation and self-care, and to create special friendships.
