2 morning and 2 afternoon sessions for 6th-8th grade students.
Morning Sessions -- Students learn to use a GPS in the same manner as a compass. You will mark locations and navigate the GPS device to find treasures in the National Historic Site prairie and at the Hoover Museum. During this time you will learn about the conservation and preservation.
Afternoon Session - Students are given first-hand experience in the process of designing, constructing, and re-constructing a solar car racer. You will race your solar car to the finish line.
