We offer two types of camps, our Sport Specific Camps and our All Sports Camps. Sport Specific Camps are reserved for teams while our All Sports Camps are open to the individual athlete. Both types of camps are designed to be progressive and challenging from the collegiate bound athlete to the competitive high school athlete. The programs are designed to work on plyometrics, speed, agility, strength, and conditioning. To achieve these goals we use speed chutes, vertical/and horizontal harnesses, ladder drills, dot drill mat, hurdles, cones, power plyo bands, power plyo boxes, and slide boards. We also provide our ATC, insurance, and water. Every camp will conclude with individual tests on timed speed, vertical jump, and timed agility exercises. Sessions will Begin on June 6th, 2005 and run 3 weeks with a new camp beginning every three weeks after that.
