Janet Karvonen, Minnesota basketball great, personally leads all of her camps every day, stressing proper shooting form and footwork.

JKBC is a unique, instructional camp for girls ages 8-18, designed to provide quality fundamental instruction necessary to develop skills in the off-season and to increase understanding of the keys to peak performance and good health. Throughout camp, Janet and her staff will address a variety of topics including leadership, self-esteem, goal setting, chemical choices, college basketball, sportsmanship, along with other general heath and fitness tips. The 2005 schedule offers a variety of day camp programs throughout the metro areas of Minneapolis and St. Paul.
