Our Summer Enrichment Theatre Program instills the importance of imagination, team work, self confidence, and a sense of accomplishment in each child. Using creative drama activities, children explore their active imaginations by bringing stories to life. Each weekly session is broken into a diverse and rich performing arts curriculum where character creation, pantomime, mind-body coordination, music and arts and crafts are all included. To ensure that our students get a total theatrical experience, each weekly session culminates in a performance for family and friends. The final production is written by the children under the guidance of the instructor and is based on the weekly theme. The emphasis is always on the process rather than final product to ensure the most important thing for the children: that it is fun! This is one inspiring and fun summer you won’t want to miss!
