Technique Camp: June 26-29
This program will include 80% top-flight instruction and 20% live wrestling. Coach to wrestler ratio is 1:7.
Intensive Camp: June 25-29
This program is designed to challenge you mentally as well as physically. Recommended for Jr. High & High School kids. It will be 70% hard drilling, running and live wrestling and 30% technique.
