A TYPICAL WEEKLY PROGRAM: During the mornings: Students take 20 language lessons per week. They choose to study Italian or English and are taught by native MB teachers (all with a minimum of 3 years experience and recognized industry qualifications). Lessons take place in a modern classroom setting, with a max. of 15 students per class. Learning is activity based and emphasis is placed on the development of oral communication skills. On arrival the students take a short entry test so that they can be placed in classes according to their knowledge (all levels can be taught). During the afternoons: MB staff use the extensive facilities available at Villaggio Adriatico to provide a comprehensive and varied sports/activity program. Sports and leisure activities are tailored towards the needs of the respective age groups and could include soccer; basketball; volleyball; beach volleyball; tennis; treasure hunts; games on the beach; swimming in the pools/sea; playing on the beach/in the fun pool; skating; cycling; mini golf; mask workshop and drama workshop. Once a week there is a full day excursion to a local place of interest. Some locations we visit include Venice; Castello di Miramare; Trieste and Aquileia (Roman site). During the evenings: MB staff lead group outings into Lignano (cinema, disco, fun fair and pizza restaurant) or organize activities in the village (quiz night, welcome/farewell party, games, etc). A SECURE SETTING: Every effort is made to ensure that we satisfy the concerns of parents regarding the personal safety and supervision of their children. - Enclosed private premises (60 hectares) are patrolled by professional security 24 hours a day - MB staff provide 24 hour supervision (staff/student ratio of 1:7) - 24 hour healthcare on site - Lifeguards on duty at pools/beach - Medical insurance included in the price.

DATES: The camp takes place from 10 July 2005 to 21 August 2005. Arrivals/departures are every Sunday and students can stay from 1 to 6 weeks. The same program is not repeated in a 3 week duration.
