June 20-24 Bugs and Flowers Discover the smaller side of nature in this study of bugs, flowers, and the natural world. Enjoy an outing to the Swaner Eco Preserve. June 27-July 1 Going Green Reduce, Reuse, Recycle! Learn how to make out planet a better place, and see where it all happens when we take a trip to the Recycling Center. July 4-8 Fairy Tales, Dragons and Knights Castles and Dragons, Princesses and Unicorns! Relive your favorite fairy tales and fables in this week dedicated to stories and legends. Field trip to the Library. July 11-15 Dino Discovery Become an archeologist with us this week as we discover and learn about the ancient life of the Dino's. Take a trip back in time with us as we visit the Dino Museum at Thanksgiving Point. July 18-22 Lets Make a Mess! Playing with food, Coloring the walls, Breaking objects, do everything you would normally get in trouble for and be as messy as possible! We will be creating our own treasures with a trip to Color Me Mine. July 25-July 29 When I Grow Up "What do you want to be when you grow up?" Every kid hears this question all the time. This week we explore the difference between being our age, and being grown up. August 1-5 Ocean Adventures Explore the wonders of the ocean world! Discover what animals are under the ocean and how they live. Come with us on our exciting trip to the Living Planet Aquarium where we will meet these animals first hand. August 8-12 Trip Around the World Join us as we take a tour around the world! Without ever leaving the classroom, we will learn about different culture, foods, and traditions as we visit a new country every day.
