Campers will be given individualized instruction on proper form and technique, specific skill development, game strategy, injury prevention, sports nutrition, and volleyball-specialized strength training. Beginners will have the opportunity to learn the game from some of the top coaches in New Jersey and more advanced players will be able to perfect, correct, and develop their skills. Additionally, campers and parents will have an opportunity to hear from NJIT Coach Ryan McNeil, who will discuss playing at the collegiate level and the recruiting process. Coach Cabrita has personally hand-selected the coaching staff to ensure that a strong representation of the most talented coaches, assistant coaches and collegiate players in New Jersey are available to guide and instruct the volleyball campers with the most up-to-date techniques and skills. NJ Premier Volleyball Camp prides itself on having the best coach-to-player ratio for any camp with 1 coach to every 6 players. The Boys Camp is open to boys entering grades 8 - 12 for Fall of 2011. There are 2 sessions available to select from for the Boys Camp: Session 1: 9:00am -12:00pm* Session 2: 1:00pm -4:00pm* Cost per session is $200. Campers may attend both sessions at a reduced cost of $350 for both sessions. The Girls Camp is open to girls entering grades 8 - 12 for Fall of 2011.
